This dish brings together the bright, punchy flavours of Tom Yum hotpot — sour, spicy, and deeply aromatic — with the crispy crunch of you tiao. Traditionally, tom yum is enjoyed with seafood, meats, and vegetables, but adding you tiao offers a playful twist: its airy texture soaks up the tangy broth beautifully, making every bite intensely flavourful.
Perfect for rainy evenings, family dinners, or communal feasts, Tom Yum Hotpot with You Tiao is all about warmth, interaction, and bold flavours at the table.
