Yes, some of our products are vegetarian!

All the ingredients used are listed in each product page, together with their nutrition label and allergen advice.

All our products are made fresh with every order and they typically have a shelf life of 1 year in the freezer.

We always recommend for the product to be defrosted slightly before cooking it. The ideal defrost time is about 10-20 mins in ambient temperature until the product is soft to the touch.

QUICK TIP - To speed things up a little, you can also pop them into a microwave and turn it to medium heat for 1 minute.

Don't worry, it's very simple! Just think of it as frozen nuggets or spring roll.

Simply defrost and place it in an air fryer/ oven or pan fry with some shallow oil!

Remember to coat the product with oil, so that it will be CRISPY and not hard!

Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer / Convection Oven / Toaster
Defrost the product to room temperature
Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 180°C
Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast for 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown

Pan Fry / Deep Fry
Defrost the product to room temperature
Heat some cooking oil to about 200°C
Fry the the product lightly at 200°C for about 2-4 minutes until it turns golden brown

We offer Next-Day Delivery for most locations!

Please place your orders before 12 noon to enjoy next-day service.

West-bound locations (e.g. Bukit Batok, Jurong, Choa Chu Kang) are delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.

Important Note:
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays through Sunday will be delivered on Monday / Tuesday.

Just drop us an email at hello@youtiaoman.com with information regarding your order (quantity, budget, delivery date and timing, delivery location, about the occasion) and we will get back to you soonest with our suggestions & quote!

Kindly note that we are unable to cater to specific delivery timing requests via our own delivery service. Our delivery partners have flexibility to follow their preferred route so they can optimise their delivery schedule for each day. This model allows us to keep our service affordable.

We offer free islandwide delivery from Monday to Saturdays (except public holidays). We’re closed on Sundays & public holidays so our team can rest and recharge 😊

We offer free delivery for all orders above $40.

For orders below $40, a $6 delivery fee will apply.

Our items are delivered in a frozen state via a dedicated freezer truck. One day before delivery, we will whatsapp you to inform that the item will be shipped the next day.

If you are not around to receive it and would like to change the date, please reply and let us know.

Alternatively, if you have a specific delivery date and request that you'd like for us to delivery, please leave your comments in the section on "Additional Comments".

Here are the acceptable modes of payment:
- Pay with your debit or credit card, paypal on checkout
- Select manual payment to pay by GIRO or PayNow

It is safe to pay for our products & services online.

We use Stripe and Paypal, which are leading international payment gateways, to process online payment for our products & services.
