Ebiko Prawn You Tiao

Ingredients: Traditional You Tiao (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Vegetable Margarine, Raising Agent [INS 500(ii), INS 541(ii)], Shortening, INS 503(ii), INS 481(i),Vegetable Oil), Fish Roe Prawn Paste (Whiteleg Shrimp, Fish Meat (Threadfin Bream), Egg White Powder, Flying Fish Roe, Modified Tapioca Starch (E1412), Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Salt, Sesame Oil, Humectant [Diphosphate (E450), Triphosphate (E451)].)

Contains thickener and humectant as permitted food conditioner and Monosodium Glutamate as permitted food enhancer

Storage: 1 Year, keep frozen in freezer -18°C

Cooking Instructions:

Defrost the product to room temperature

Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 200°C

Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast for 5-10 minutes

Heat some cooking oil to about 180°C

Fry the the product lightly at 180°C for about 5 - 10 minutes
