Hot and spicy Mala dish! Enjoy this delicious dish with the crunchy You Tiao!Author:
You Tiao Man
100g of any cut of meats (we like shabu meats and chicken hot dog)
100g of any type of seafood (we like crabsticks / fishballs)
20g of golden mushrooms
20g of sliced potato
20g of sliced lotus
20g of cabbage
1 packet of You Tiao Man’s Traditional You Tiao (or even Charcoal You Tiao or an element of surprise)
1 packet of Hai Di Lao Stir-Fry Hot Pot Sauce
Slice and wash all the meat, seafood and vegetables to 2cm pieces.
Cut your secret ingredient (You Tiao) into 4cm pieces and preheatthe Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 200°C. Place the cut You Tiao into the home appliance and cook it for 5-8 minutes. If you don’t have these home appliance, you can also place the secret ingredient (You Tiao) into a pan of shallow oil and fry till crisp. Remove from pan and drip dry the oil.
Heat your wok over high heat until just smoking, and spread 1 tablespoon of oil around the wok.
Place all the ingredients and stir fry until 70% cooked.
Pour the packet of hot pot sauce and stir fry for 5-10 minutes.
At the last minute, add your secret ingredient (You Tiao) and stir fry for another 3 minutes until everything is coated in sauce.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with rice.
