Directions

1. Slice and wash all the meat, seafood and vegetables to 2cm pieces.

2. Cut your secret ingredient (You Tiao) into 4cm pieces and preheatthe Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 200°C. Place the cut You Tiao into the home appliance and cook it for 5-8 minutes. If you don’t have these home appliance, you can also place the secret ingredient (You Tiao) into a pan of shallow oil and fry till crisp. Remove from pan and drip dry the oil.

3. Heat your wok over high heat until just smoking, and spread 1 tablespoon of oil around the wok.

4. Place all the ingredients and stir fry until 70% cooked.

5. Pour the packet of hot pot sauce and stir fry for 5-10 minutes.

6. At the last minute, add your secret ingredient (You Tiao) and stir fry for another 3 minutes until everything is coated in sauce.

7. Transfer to a bowl and serve with rice.
