You Tiao with Shakshuka is a delicious East-meets-Middle-East fusion dish where crispy Chinese fried dough is dipped into a rich, spiced tomato and egg stew. The crunchy you tiao replaces bread, giving each bite a satisfying texture and a unique twist. It’s bold, comforting, and incredibly easy to make for brunch, lunch, or a cozy dinner.

1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
