Directions

1. Brush some oil over the hum chim peng, wholegrain and charcoal you tiao.

2. Toast, Oven bake or Air-fry them at 200°C for 3 mins.

3. Cut off the corners of the wholegrain you tiao for the tiger’s ears.

4. Cut off a small corner of the charcoal you tiao for the tiger’s nose.

5. Cut off two triangles from the corner of the sliced cheese.

6. Use a bubble tea straw to punch out 4 ovals from the sliced cheese.

7. Use the bubble tea straw to punch out an oval from a sliced strawberry.

8. Use a Nori punch to punch out 2 ovals for the tiger’s eyes. Also cut out 4 thin strips (short), and 4 thin strips (long)

9. Assemble Time! Cream cheese is used to "glue" all the features of the tiger.

10. Stick the cut out wholegrain youtiao to form the ears.

11. Stick the triangular sliced cheese to form the inner ears.

12. Stick two oval sliced cheese as the eyes.

13. Stick the nori eyes onto the sliced cheese as the pupils.

14. Turn the remaining two oval sliced cheese horizontally and stick it to form the base of the nose

15. Stick the small piece of charcoal you tiao as the nose (onto the cheese)

16. Use strawberry cut out as the mouth.

17. Add in the black sesame seeds on the nose area as the final touch.

18. Stick the 4 shorter nori strips on the forehead to form "王" character.

19. Stick the longer nori strips as the whiskers - 2 on each cheek.

20. Add 2 dollops of mayonnaise as the highlight of the eyes.
